Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We don't accept refunds nor returns. The ONLY way we would take returns is if you received an item that was damaged. Please email us at Sunsetdreamdesigns@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order with pictures of the damage. Once we receive the damaged item back, we will reship you a replacement.
